THANK YOU for working and growing with us. It means the world to both Sean and I to know that Flightless is operating in line with our values and standards while we're on land receiving happy feedback from clients.
While there will always be room for change, growth, better systems etc that is in no way taking away from the fantastic work we've all done as a team so far and the great work we're all doing as a team at the moment... change is inevitable but growth is optional and we're stoked that you're all opting in with us.. smile..
On that note we've been thinking about how we can clearly communicate values and mantras that have helped us built things so far to ensure our hard earned culture continues to be nurtured through each and every one of us... As that is a new dimension as our little family grows all input is very much appreciated.
and here are some of the things that guide us.. The way you do anything is the way you do everything - Own your fuck ups and live your lessons - Relationships are 50/50.. credit and responsibility... We're proud to be making value based decisions rather than rule based decisions and would love your input in how we can better impart those values short of spending as much time physically onboard as we have over the past seven years... smile..
